1. Our website is for online ordering only. All prices are in AUSTRALIAN dollar.
2. Orders are processed within 2 days upon receipt of the order and payment. All credit card payments are subject to verification.
3. Customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping address. Customers paying by credit card must match the credit card billing address. We do not ship to PO Box for customers paying by way of credit card.
DELIVERY:
1. Domestic Orders: ( Australia wide) we deliver within 2 -7days upon receipt of order and payment.
2. For International delivery, shipping and handling charges will be sent via email and will be processed upon acceptance of total invoice.
3. International delivery is within 2- 21 days via Australian Post.
4. We are not liable for carriers' delays, lost or damage during transportation.
If you feel it is not safe to leave the package(s) in front door, please request the "signature required" service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Postage rate will be emailed to you and processed upon receipt of the approval of the postage charges. We ship via Australian Post only.

We accept personal cheques, Money Order and Bank Cheques for manual ordering only. Delivery is subject to clearing of the cheque or money order.

Return Policies
All defects/returns must be reported to us via E-mail with your invoice number and request a Return Authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. Please refer to RMA Requesting Procedures/Requirements section. We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our return policy. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Defective:
We are not liable for the carrier delays or damage during transportation.
If the defect is clarified by manufacturing defect after inspection, we will replace or credit your account upon receipt of returned Merchandise. Each claimed defect item needs to be returned in original package. Or it will be identified as misusage defect. No credit will be issued or replacements will be approved.
